What needs to be confirmed before the visit?
Before anyone arrives, establish which rooms, closets or utility areas need to be opened. An inquiry does not reserve an installation date or establish a final project price. Confirm both the planned service and preparation requirements directly.
If appearance is a priority, identify the routes you would like reviewed. A concealed route still needs assessment for the fan, discharge and future access; a photo by itself cannot settle the installation design.
Have a report already?
Share the complete measurement report rather than a cropped reading. The room, test period and accompanying notes give the result context. For an existing system, describe the concern separately so an equipment question is not mistaken for a new measurement request.
